Downloading Songs or Sheet Music (Manuscript):

When downloading songs or sheet music (Manuscript) please remember to save your downloads to your computer by right clicking and selecting "save target as" ie "save to desktop" to make easy to find.

Sheet Music (Manuscript) format:

Sheet music (Manuscript) is in pdf format thus in order to view and print sheet music (Manuscript) you will need adobe acrobat reader. To obtain this software please click here (We recommend you untick the Google toolbar option).

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept payments via PayPal and using any major credit or debit card.

How do I download a song or Sheet Music Copy (Manuscript) after purchase?

Once you have paid you will receive an email from us with a link to a page where you will be able to download the songs and/or sheet music copy (Manuscript) that you have purchased.

What do I do if my download is interrupted or it fails?

Each download will be available to you until you have successfully downloaded it.

Refunds?

We do not offer refunds of any of our products because copies can be made.

When I click "play sample" nothing happens.

Most computers will open the sample in a media player such as Window Media player, QuickTime or Real Player. Others will play the song in a special version of a media player built into your web browser. If you are still having trouble, right click on the "play sample" link and select "save target as". This will allow you to save the file to your computer and play it like any other music file.

When I click "manuscript sample" it doesn't work.

The manuscript sample is a picture file ( jpg or jpeg ). Usually this will open in your web browser. Alternatively you my right click on "manuscript sample" and select "save target as" and save the file to your computer. You will then be able to view the manuscript (Sheet Music Copy) in the same way as you look at photographs.

What is bitrate?

Bitrate refers to the amount of information or detail within a music file. When the songs are originally made the files are huge and not practical for customers to download, they are therefore compressed to 192Kb/s. This bitrate is considered to be the standard for digital audio broadcasting.
